The Student Society of Real Estate is happy to welcome Roger Smeltzer, Principal Broker at Vision Commercial and specializes in Retail, Industrial and Office projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Mr. Smeltzer will talk about the milestones to be a successful broker, explain challenges in the commercial real estate world and share training opportunities as well as jobs and internships with the audience.
