Michael Tran specializes in selling office and industrial real estate investment properties in the Texas market. Over the past 5 years, Michael Tran has closed more than 300 commercial real estate transactions. Combined with Colliers International Platform and Michael Tran's extensive real estate knowledge and expertise of leasing, market conditions, and business concentrations; our team provides clients and real estate investors the opportunity to maximize value while creating a competitive advantage that yields the best results.  Michael Tran will share his expertise, explain challenges in the commercial real estate world and share training opportunities as well as jobs and internships with the audience.
